We have a number of teams at Exclusive Care; The Hertfordshire Team, The Bedfordshire Team and The Community Support Team. 

We believe team cohesion is one of the keys to our success, for example, when supporting those with complex autism and learning difficulties we all need to be singing from the same song sheet. Mavericks can cause our lovely residents unnecessary challenges so by everyone practicing the same way harmony often ensues.

Our teams are lead by experienced managers who are supported by a team of senior support workers and support workers.
